QBS

QBS is an acronym for Quality Based Selection, a procurement method.


QC

QC is the acronym for quality control.


QCBS

QCBS is an acronym for Quality and Cost Based Selection, a procurement method.

RBF

RBF is the acronym of results-based financing: cash or non-monetary benefit provided against measurable actions or achievement. Often synonymous with PBF and PBI.


RDU

RDU is the acronym of rational drug use.


RUM

RUM is the acronym for rational use of medicines.

SCM

SCM is the acronym for supply chain management. Supply chain management is the active management of all activities related to bringing a product or a service to an end user through the cumulative effort of multiple organizations. Its aim is to maximize customer value and achieve a sustainable competitive advantage.


SOP

SOP is the acronym for standard operating procedures.


SRA

SRA is the acronym for stringent regulatory authority. It means a regulatory authority which is (a) a member of the ICH (as specified on its website: http://www.ich.org); or (b) an ICH Observer, being the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) as represented by Swiss Medic, Health Canada and World Health Organization (WHO) (as may be updated from time to time); or (c) a regulatory authority associated with an ICH member through a legally binding mutual recognition agreement including Australia, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein (as may be updated from time to time).


SSS

SSS is an acronym for Single Source Selection, a procurement method.
